I just wanted to say thanks again. While we found the service a bit expensive we appreciate the outstanding service provide by both drivers. I did not catch the name of the second driver but he did say he did not work directly for you. Ray was second-to-none and, as we drove from JFK to NJ he gave us a brilliant history of the parts of NYC we drove through. When we return to Australia I will be looking online to see if I can promote your company through a common website. I found you quite by accident and I feel more Australians should be made aware of your outstanding service. Thanks again to you and the drivers... great service... peace of mind.

We LOVE your service!! We live in LA, so unless we are called out to work in NYC the way we were last year, we will not be able to get any use of the service.

…More importantly I wanted to let you know about the great service we got on our last trip. Our flight was delayed coming into LGA and I was calling several times updating them on the status, etc. and the driver was there right when we needed him despite our flight having been delayed. I really appreciate the great service and help with the kids and luggage. Your service makes it possible for me to travel with my two kids without having to deal with a lot of extra hassle.

Thank you for having this service. I called a car company almost 3 years ago that claimed to have car seats for kids but when the driver showed up the car seat did not have any of the restraints set up at all. It was useless, I would have had to take the seat out of the car, re-thread all of the restraints and then put it back in. It was really nerve wracking. I am so glad to see this service exists.

I am a Brit and have been living in New York for the last 8 months. I have had the worst time trying to find a decent car service to get my 4 and 7 year old daughters to and from school with my 15 month old in tow. We squash ourselves either into the back of a Lincoln Towncar or taxi twice a day (4 times a day in my case) and have had miserable experiences with dirty, smelly cars and rude drivers demanding my credit card before I've even closed the door, asking for the tip in cash and various other awful incidents.

I was ready to jump ship and return to the UK with my kids as I found the whole school run experience in Manhattan unbearable. My husband did a bit of research and found your website. You are the answer to a mother's prayer! If your service is as good as it reads on your website, I can't wait to use it, you could change my life in NYC forever! I have registered online and really hope to hear from you soon so I can set up an account and start using the service.
