Pricing

Kid CarPool pricing depnds on:

• The number of children in each vehicle
• The number of pickup/ drop off locations
• Whether the child needs a car seat (younger than 7 years old)

Please register for each activity SEPARATELY. For instance, if your child participates in soccer on M,W,F and Gymnastics on T,TH, please fill out TWO registrations. You will be asked if you have another registration after submitting this form.

Kid Car NY will contact you about availability and pricing after registration.

FAQ

Will you watch my child enter my building?

If you have a doorman, the driver will wait for the doorman to greet your child. If you do not have a doorman, we will need to discus the appropriate steps to ensure the safety of your child.

How will my child know what vehicle to get in?

Kid Car NY vehicles are red, luxury minivans with our logo on them. Children will know their ‘Vehicle Number,’ which will be displayed in the window. Drivers also have a list of children riding in the vehicle for each trip.

What if my child is sick?

Parents must call Kid Car NY if their child will not be picked up. Kids are allowed up to 2 sick days per session (TBD) without penalty.

How will I (or my child) know the vehicle has arrived?

Kid Car NY drivers are given a contact number to call when they arrive at the pickup location. Parents can designate this number to the child, coach, or caregiver. If children are being picked up at an activity, no call is required.
