Kid Car NY's drivers are the safest and most courteous on the road, ensuring a safe and comfortable ride for you and your family. Each driver undergoes an initial background check and is continuously monitored. In addition, each driver undergoes specialized training in car/booster seat installation and defensive driving.
Background Check
- •Kid Car NY drivers have passed an initial criminal background check and are monitored on an ongoing basis
- •Kid Car NY drivers have passed a drug test within the past 12 months
Driving Record
- •At the time of employment, drivers have no chargeable accidents on their DMV record for the past 24 months
- •At the time of employment, drivers have not accumulated more than 4 DMV points (prior to any approved point reduction credit) within the past 24 month
- •Drivers have not had a DWI , DWAI or DUI conviction within the last 5 years
Specialized Training
- •Special instruction on the importance of child passenger safety and the proper installation of each type of child safety seat in Kid Car NY vehicles
